A Cohere session is a continuous span of user activity within a single browser tab, which starts when
Cohere.init is called (typically when the page loads), and ends when the tab is closed or when the user is inactive for over 30 minutes.
If a visitor opens your page in two separate tabs, they will be split out into two separate sessions. Page navigations within the same browser tab will be included in the same session. If a user leaves the page and then becomes active before the 30 minute timeout, the session will be extended – otherwise, a new session will be started when the user becomes active again.
To avoid recording too many sessions, try selectively recording them.
