Zendesk Integration

Access your customer's sessions on Cohere straight from your Zendesk ticket or chat. With just one-click, instantly see what they're seeing and resolve their issues faster than ever before.

Cohere's Zendesk integration allows you to see all of your ticket requesters' active sessions on your website in the sidebar of your Zendesk Support/Chat dashboard.

To install:

  1. Install the Cohere for Zendesk Support or Cohere for Zendesk Chat app in the Zendesk marketplace.

  2. When you arrive at the installation configuration page, visit https://cohere.so/zendesk

  3. Copy the token from the "Zendesk Token" field

  4. Return to the Zendesk app installation page and paste the token in. https://img.cohere.so/zendesk_paste_token.png

It's that simple. Once integrated, Zendesk will automatically start fetching your users' sessions and displaying them in the Ticket or Chat window sidebar. Sessions are ordered by how recently active they were, like shown below:

All you need to do then is click a session you're interested in viewing. A modal will pop up giving you full access to Cohere, right in your Zendesk dashboard.
